CKLA Knowledge Culminating Activity at Ben Franklin!

More imagesMore imagesMore imagesMrs. Redinger’s Kindergarteners  wrapped up their CKLA Knowledge learning about Colonial Towns and Townspeople with a delicious culminating activity at BF!

To help bring their learning to life, we welcomed one of our amazing parents from The Baker’s Arms to teach students how sourdough bread is made. Students learned about the bread-making process as they measured, poured, and mixed ingredients, kneaded the dough, and of course enjoyed the best part — tasting fresh bread!

What a meaningful way to connect classroom learning to real life. A huge thank you to The Baker’s Arms for sharing your time, talent, and yummy sourdough with us!
